Personalized products are created according to the information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, messages, photos, contact details, and delivery addresses.

Please carefully review your personalization details before submitting your order.

Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted once an order has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to contact you if clarification is required before production.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and delivery location.

Melted Memories is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays or incorrect/incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
